Entry Requirements
For entry onto the OTHM Online Diploma in HRM (Human Resource Management) qualification, learners must possess:
- An Honours’ degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification, or
- Mature learners with management experience will also be acceptable
- Learners must be of age 21 or above at the beginning of the course

Progression
The HRM (Human Resource Management) Online Diploma Level 7 enables learners to progress into or within employment and/or continue with their further studies. As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual, (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) learners are eligible to progress to a Master’s top-up degree at many universities in the UK and overseas with advanced standing or directly into employment in an associated profession.
